Cultivate provides leadership consulting for personal support, a deeper understanding of your team, and organization-wide training to handle common but complex mental and emotional health issues that can hold back team members from their fullest potential.

Cultivate’s services are first personal. We hold this value tightly in an age of disconnection. Technology is useful and extremely helpful when in its rightful place. We utilize practical and efficient forms of technology to support customer service that is personal, relational, and direct. We do not replace personal engagement with technology.

Offered as a mental health benefit within your organization’s benefits package, all team members will have direct text access to an Intake Guide who will efficiently connect them with a local care provider in Cultivate’s exclusive and vetted therapist network. Leadership Care and Consulting

Leadership is highly sought after and then is often burdensome and lonely. These are uncommon words in boardrooms and team meetings. In recent years there has been a push for self-care and leadership development. Coaching and Consulting are readily available and are extremely beneficial (often necessary) services.
